There is shop here in Auburn, WA with a old craftsman who does complete parts in aluminum on an English wheel. The last time I dropped by he had "the" GTO that won LeMans back in the day in his shop to repair damage from shipping. He had taken it to the historic Millie Miglia in Italy only to have dented in Seattle when they were taking it out of the transport plane. He also had a Schuie F1 Ferrari in for a repaint after it went through a gravel trap. Same guy owns both cars and drives regularly in events. Very cool that he still uses them as they should be. That car will be repaired and it's value won't diminish, the value is with the history of the car.
