That won't work. His car uses 4 bolts and an E28 uses 5. The picture I posted somewhere else of my 325iS shows it with 4 bolt, 15" Ronal basket weave-style wheels that were available once upon a time in the aftermarket. A set of stock 325iS wheels would probably work (I don't remember the bolt pattern/offset needed for an E21 car) but they'd be limited to 14." Maybe the iX cars used 15", I don't remember.
