Prolly use a jeep chassis and running gear.

my current job is managing the rotating equipment department, the transportation department and weld shop. Oh, and the garage. And the tool room. And the uniform and safety equipment supplies.
My direct reports are 24 rotating equipment mechanics and machinists, about a dozen welders, 3 auto mechanics, 4 crane operators, 2 vacuum truck drivers, a couple-three supervisors and 5 administrative types.

The mechanical repair shop is decent sized, prolly 120" by 45" or so.
We rebuild pumps, turbines, compressors, gearboxes, etc there. That's what the new parts cleaner is for. It's replacing an old one that wasn't as big or nice and is about all used up.

Here's the specs:
Inside Working Height 41"
Turntable Diameter 30"
Overall Dimensions 39/42/65
Tank Size 60 gallon
Turntable Weight Capacity 1500 lbs.
Power Requirements 230-1&3 ph. 40 amp.
Heat Source (electric) 6.0 KW
Portable Yes
Warranty 2 year

Here's a couple of manditory pictures, of the plant where I work:
