I know a vendor (for Kraft foods) who has to call on them and deliver product. He says the management side has gotten much tougher over the last year or so. That they are dealing with vendors (and employees) even worse than before. The local store manager resigned rather than do what was expected. I'll have to see what the workers have to say, I know I get a lot of them in my shop.
