I just did my California Test Only Smog Check after failing it 3x. My car was giving me an OA on the Peake tool (86 dollar on Ebay) which is Emissions Labda Controls or O2 sensor. I replaced that 2x, no luck. After reading many forums, I found out that my Air Intake Boot was cracked at the bottom of it, so I replaced that. My car had to be warmed-up, then turned off, so I can turn-on and off the ignition key without cranking-over the car for the fault to go away. It passed emissions, but now I might have a computer logic problem or an electrical fault.
