wow - this is one of the longest going stories for a no-start condition. I hope you sort it out. If you have replaced the crank sensor and have gapped it correctly you should see spark and the second stage of the DME relay (fuel pump) switching on once you crank.
I assume you know that gapping the sensor is critical. Some glue a penny to the sensor and mount it touching the teeth. Then knock the penny off and the gap is just perfect.
