Used to that in the hospital world. The shift starts at 5 pm and ends at 9 am. No pauses, no brakes. Ever. Generally 1-2 night shifts/ week. Sometimes 3. No worries until I was around 35 years old. Now at 43 it is really taking its toll. Unfortunately I have at least 10 years left with night shifts.
