i have ordered stuff from pp and haven't had any issues. infact one time i ordered two parts, they only delivered one, so i called them seeing that they had charged me for two. they explained that they only had one at that warehouse and the other one was arriving separately, and sure enough it did. i was asked to do a survey a few days later on their customer service, i said it was great but it would have been good to see 1 shipped two ordered on the order form that came with the first shipment just so i know something was coming along soon. they said they would take that comment and see if it could be added. a few days later i received an email saying i'd get a free gift if i ordered in the next month. a 1/43 scale car. can't wait to see what i get.
i also have used pp for my 3 series vert parts too. ken
