I've ordered a LOT of parts from Pelican, mostly on my rebuild and have been shocked at how good their service is. I have never had anything get delayed, lost or wrong. The fact that they were unable to deliver something in your highly compressed timeframe is hardly worth all this. I can't imagine how hard it must be to keep track of an inventory like they do.
I also find their shipping charges perfectly reasonable and I've had a LOT of stuff shipped free.
