Basically-- I expressed my need clearly and emphasized how important timming was to me-- I was told no problem -- there was a problem -- there was no offer to correct the problem -- I was upset and needed an outlet to vent.
PP is a great business and dose a great job 99.9% of the time. I just got caught in that .1% of the time despite my best efforts and when it was most important to me. Another time, not an issue.
Obviously I could have been handled this better.
