Just saw you xm is an external unit....on the base there should be an "audio out" headphone type plug hole.....you'll need a 1/8" headphone to rca adapter to plug into the rca aux input on most of the nav radios, some have a headphone aux input on the front of the radio but that can be "ugly" to look at.
Any of the nav units will need the gps antenna (provided with all) mounted with a clear shot of the sky....
Most have the option to add a vss (vehicle speed sensor) connection which will let it work more accurately....iirc on you trucks radio harness is the vss wire.....chevys are at the ecm....
