My experience is mixed tending toward "not so good"

I just got off the phone with customer service to check on an order that was committed to ship yesterday and it still shows "being assembled and processed"

The answer I got was "yeah, uh, yeah U.S. Mail - we always have problems with that - the machine never works"

Another recent order was also supposed to "ship same day" and was stuck in "being assembled and processed" for a week. When I called I was told they were short one item and didn't know when it would be in - should be soon" I asked if they would nomally call or e-mail me and tell me it's held-up due one item backordered and I was told "oh, no it's not backordered, we just don't have it"

The credit card in both cased was charged within 2 hours of receipt of order.
