Thanks Gerard. Wow that's damn near the same problem on this car! Even with your pics I still can't get around that open longitudinal. Was it open? It looks open on yours too. I just see the side piece being replaced and the upper section of tray getting tacked to that and then the front piece of the firewall and that's it.
