i just fried one of the fish i had on my list.
Sister had accident in may, with boyfriend's mother's car, while learning.
totalled it , 14 year old toyota, not a brand new porsche, but still
But she workes in a sheltered workplace, and had letter from DA about liability... either show proof that the damage is taken care off by sept 23, or it goes to traffic court.
Sis don't make much money, needs help with things.

mum and dad didn't care to help.. all the mother of BF asked, was to be called by them.. they did not... After months of trying to get them to call, and no luck, i went to talk with the mum , and she agreed to sign that she's ok with things as is, no damage claims whatsoever.

I kinda expected she wouldn't go through with it, since she's a nice lady, and does good things for my sis... But you know, it was something on my plate, needed to get this taken care off, since my sis can't handle "court", nor can she cough up much money.. nor has decent insurance...(and the car insurance does not cover this kinda of situation)...

So that's taken care off... just need to get that letter written, signed, and sent to the DA..
And get her some kind of home/legal aid insurance thing.. for the future.
shouldn't cost to much...
