You're almost there, my friend.
Take yourself a whole Habanero pepper and cut her up in the kraut and 'basa. Cook until done. Let it sit for about 4-hours for all that capsium (sp?) to leech out of the pepper.
Warm it back up.
Then, eat as much as you like.
Oh, your iinsides will be cleaner than any whistle you ever saw!
