I have a ton of the 62 grain SS109, but have used the M193 55 grain in both of my ars. The SS109 is my preference as it is very stable. However out to 200 yards, the M193 is as accurate. If an engagement is at those distances or less, the M193 or XM193 is more than adequate. The tracers do put a lot more wear on the barrel.
