the later style 18 in wheels will bolt on. without spacers
You have a choice you can either install the studs you have removed or replace the rear wheel bearings as thats what is involved to replace the studs ( the hub flange is removed and this destroys the rear wheel bearing.)
New bearings are about 80.00 a piece
