As this is my personal email adress, and not my work email adress, i have no backup. Honestly , nobody could possibly back me up, it would take a legion of variously skilled superpeople...
If it's urgent, you could try resending the email, but flag it as "important".
that way a different mailbox rule will handle your email, it might even help to get my attention to it.

You have been lied to and your mail has now been classified for processing in 2012.
