the problem is that i get a weird vibe from this woman. i think she is trouble, in some way, and i don't trust her at all.
i am thinking that maybe we should have this discussion with the boss present.

hmmm. your boss tells you to talk with her one on one just when he's leaving... Sounds like you are being set-up. He's boinking her and she'll get a promotion when you get fired.
just kidding.
have the talk, but in case you and your boss have misread this whole thing, have a box of condoms in plain sight, maybe a wink midway through would do it. Always be prepared for the best.
