In nature, the male bird makes the nest, and then entices the female to nest there with him. If however, the nest is not ready, he will drive the female away until it is done.
Go back to school. It doesn't have to be college. Become a Porsche Mechanic, and work for a dealership until you can set up your own shop. You know what you like to do already, so go to school and be the best.
Then make a nest.
