New owner hello and questions

Hi all,
I just purchased a '86 951 with about 123,000 miles on it for a song, and need some input on next steps. Here is the major work that was already done on it:
Valve job with all new valves 75k
Turbo Cup clutch at 78k
Lindsey Racing Dual Port wastegate and manual boost control (under the dash above the drivers right knee) at 92k
Guru 18 psi chip, Huntley Racing Cheater Turbo and 3 Bar fuel pressure regulator at 93k (turbo had about 5000 miles at the time)
Rebuilt steering rack at 93k
Cross drilled Zimmerman rotors 93k--new Mintex front pads at 98k (rotors were turned at this time as well) Rear drilled Zimmermans installed not too long
after the front
New power steering pump at 97k
New front wheel bearing at 98k
Updated water pump, belts and seals and stainless steel brake
lining at 100k; 928 brake bias valve at this time also
New distributor cap and dust seal at 103k
Updated castor blocks at 103k
New high pressure power steering line at 106k
New J-boot at 112k
New Malh fuel filter at 114k
New NGK plugs (BP7ES--a step colder plug gapped at .26) at 118k
Injectors were cleaned and flow matched by Witchunter at 119k
New battery at 119k
Recent oil and filter (K and N) change--Valvoline 10/40 blend
K and N Air filter
Coolant was changed at 119k;
Redline MT 90 tranny fluid used at 120k
New Comtec head gasket around 120kk and new timing belt (need to still adjust)
new crank seal and O-ring installed just last month
New weather stipping on all doors, hatch, and sunroof

So beside maybe changing brake fluid, all fluids are good.
Interior and Body are near perfect., all new carpets, etc.

Here are my only issues I can see:

1) No a/c- will deal with this next Spring.
2) Cruise control does not work after installing new head gasket. does anyone have any clues on how to adjust this?
3) Tire rubbing: PO had installed 17" ATE Italia Razze wheels (correct, early offset), with 255's on back. I rub a bit on hard acceleration (nice problem ), and on real hard turns (basically the way I like to drive). I am thinking of just rolling the fenders out a bit in the rear as I have Koni 3 way sports and it would probably cost more to tighten them up. The ride is already pretty firm as it is. Has anyone rolled with the wheels before?
4) "Microlocks" I can lock from inside dash but when i close driver door, it will not close all the way to I end up needing to lock both doors manually from the outside, since when the dirver door unlocks it opens the passenger. He said the microlocks were

If anyone has any comments on the issues I would appreciate it. Besides those, I think I got a steal for what I paid
