Thanks for the info... I would prefer not to be involved with the development of the track/club house/parade ground. I would merely sit aside the acreage and allow motivated members to facilitate the funding/design/construction of the project. However, I would be willing to participate in any fund raising activities for the group and I would volunteer to cook at any event requested...(On second thought, you might not want me to cook a second time after tasting my food the first time
) In all seriousness though, I would be so tied up building the infrastructure up on the property that it would be impossible for me to take a leading role in the development of the track/club house/ parade ground.
