Problems with distributor
Hi,
I have euro 2.4T with zenith carbs. And have a problem with distributor. When I hook up vacuum to it, then at 2k RPM ignition becomes very late and engine dies. Mechanic told me, that it is due to that housing might be from other distributor. I I've ordered: 0.231.169.003. But now I have noticed, that the same is already installed...
So, question is... Distributor is rotating clock-wise, correct? Vacuum port is hooked to the right side, or to the left? (when looking at it installed)
I've got mixed at it... Maybe Euro and USDM distributors are different?
