There are no differences with the euro or US distributors and all the 2.2/2.4/2.7 distributors spin clockwise. All the 2.4 distributors have the same advance curve so you should be fine with any 0.231.169.XXX distributor except the 001 which was a 2.0 distributor.
I'm not sure what you are asking about the vacuum port.
