Gonna remove all of the bones first?

Don't forget to use mineral oil if you're going to be cutting up deboned pigs on a regular basis. Tri-flow is fine if you restrict your killing to garbage cans.
1050 carbon is a nice option, but they've always claimed that Carbon V was a variation of 1050, and several people (back in the day) found that claim to be lacking veracity. Maybe they got their elements in order these days. The owner was run outta town on the newsgroups about 15 years ago...
