Yep, at the casino. Thanks for the link Ivan. October 23 and 24th. 10 rooms with two beds each should be reserved. Mention the reservation under 'Triple Crown'. The cost is $75/night per room. The one caviat is this, everyone staying please sign up for a players card. I don' care if you gamble a dime. But you have to sign up for the card if you don't already have one k. It's part of the deal I made with them. And if you do gamble, even a little in a machine, make sure you remember to put the card in the machine so they know you're playing. Or show it at the table if you're doing that so they can track you. Chuckchansi takes good care of their players. By doing this, you will get some really good offers in the mail on room rates, etc... May work out for next year. So far, only ten rooms. If more are needed, I can ask, but no guarantees. So lets get them booked as soon as possible, and you all need to coordinate who is staying with who so the rooms are booked efficiently.

I will need a count by the 9th so if all the rooms aren't taken, they can be released. Also need that count to see if I can get the shuttle for Saturday night from there to here and back for the bbq.
