I need more advice. The seller refuses to refund because he still insists these are SSI when they clearly are not. I've learned the following:

SSIs have very close welds around the heater boxes. The welds on the pipe are much cleaner as well. The metal, whether new or used, looks different. Changes more of a bronze like color when used like good stainless should. There are also two holes on the bottom of a driver side SSI. I think this is why they provide a special tool. SSIs have a part number and Dansk does not.

The seller has a receipt that states they are SSI and refuses to believe otherwise. I've called SSI and left a message, but I haven't had a call back. I'd like to send them a pic for valid proof. He wonders what the credentials are of people on this board are. Page 3 of this thread clearly show what I have are Dansk.

I'm going to start the process of contacting pay pal for a dispute and my credit card company. This was clearly false advertisement. I wish I knew what I knew now and this would have never happened. I'm willing to split the cost of shipping and pay pal fees which is about $100 as a loss. I think this is fair. Nothing like learning the hard way.
