That Datsun engine you have is a great fit for the Bugeye. I also had a '59 and sold it just a few years back. Unless you are willing to change out the suspension, brakes, rear end, etc., a bigger engine is just too much for that car. Once you change all of those items out you no longer really have a Bugeye, you have a kit car.
