I think they should do the same thing at gas stations, grocery stores, (oh wait, they already do that, it's called "Food Stamps", movie admissions, cell phones (oh wait, they already do that, it's those subsidized Obamaphones), income tax (oh wait, they already to that, it's called income tax brackets and "Earned Income Tax Credits" how's that for a misleading name of a program.
