Well, that seems to address some of it, but I am still at a loss as to what was going on in there. People who had not enough assets to cover their debts seemed to lose everything except house, cars (one to a person), and a certain amount of assets (quads, boats etc.).

I know, as an observer, I could not have asked any questions, but it seemed the majority of the cases were pretty much identical, and routinely discharged. I would have loved to stay after my friends' case was heard, the judge held the cases that there was no attorney until the end. My guess was there were 25 scheduled each hour.
