Byron, not even as a local giant weathervane for the benefit of the local community?

'The airplane is bolted to the outer ring of an 8' diameter bearing. The steel column is bolted to the inside ring.

As an owner, you will have control of a joystick that runs a motor which turns the gear on the inner ring enabling you to rotate the airplane as you wish. You can rotate the airplane to get your favorite view. You can lock it in place if you like. You have the same control over the airplane that a crane operator has over his crane'

1:Locked in place.
The motors can be locked so the entire aircraft will not rotate.

2:Motored in a circle.
From controls in the aircraft, you can point the aircraft any direction you want. The motors have a clutching feature that allow them to release if the wind blows beyond a predetermined speed.

3:Freely rotating.
You can let your aircraft rotate freely if you like. When the wind changes direction enough to rotate the aircraft, the whole aircraft rotates smoothly. The motors have built in governors that insure smooth starts and stops to the rotations.

The airplane is more stable on our platform that it was on it’s wheels'
