yes it is a bit if a find! am i very pleased with it, it took me bout 4 years to find it!!!
unfortunately the bodywork is in a bit of mess, it looks good from the pictures but up close the paint job isn't great and i have quite a lot of rust in all the usual places. the rear wing and bumper are also out of shape for some reason. so even if i wanted to keep the 965 look i would have to re-do a lot of bodywork (don't feel sorry for me - i bought the car with my eyes open, nothing wrong with buying a dog as long as you know it's a dog right?!!) the original colour is listed on my log card as silver - but i haven't researched it yet so i'm not sure exactly what silver it would be for a 1977?
so seeing as i have to re-do the bodywork i would like to return it to the stock look as i am one of the rare few who prefer the original 930 look!!
i do not want to go too original, as in the 15" wheels and no intercooler. but i would like to get 16" fuch as thy will cover decent brakes. i don't mind 17" as long as it's fuch look - so thanks for the tip i will look up those companies you mentioned.
