I agree with the above. Right now, just thank your lucky stars you actually have a job and suck up any inconvenience/irritation. I guarantee EVERY employer/boss out there either has or is putting a list together in their head of "who gets the axe" even if they haven't laid off or cut staff yet. Don't give yourself a reason to be on it by being a constant complainer.

From first-hand experience I can say that if you ever were to get let go, it would take a mighty long time to find something else, and it would involve an astonishing degree of effort, agony and difficulty.
