I have purchased things from him on several occasions. Small lapses in communication (e.g. up to a week) were not unusual. But he always came through. This is a problem though with the online format, if someone gets sick and gets rushed to a hospital, or if they're Windows PC takes a dump, people online are left in the dark. My input is that he's a good guy.
