I've bought a couple things from him and he's quick to cash your check and slow to ship the parts and difficult to get a hold of.
Going public with this like you are doing will probably inspire him to follow through on his responsibility to you.
When I couldn't get any response from him I told him I have friends is California and I have no problem flying out there for a mini vacation and finding him. . .
He got back to me quick with his idea of humerous sarcasm and my refund after that.
From my experience with him... I would say he's young, self centered, and lacks integrity.
Him not getting back to you after you have emailed him is BS unless he's in jail or a hospital, but I think you'll eventually get your parts from him if you keep after him publicly.
