Is this a good deal on this bike?

I have this Porsche Mountain bike that I bought new about new about 10 years ago or so. It was a promo that i got from the Porsche car dealership.
I paid about 2000 for it back then and rode it about 40 times.
this bike is really fun to ride and is extremely light weight.
This bike is not rideable right now for the following reasons:
front brake needs new line
front shocks need repair/replacement
needs new rear shifter cable
the rear derailleur is brand new and unused it is a deore LX by shimano. the factory derailleur wore out so i replaced it.
I have the original owners manual that is like 300 pages or so.

7020 alloy (AlZn4, 5Mg1)
60mm down tube for ultimate stability and structural integrity
multiple powder coatings make the paint on this bike near indestructible
a few features to point out:

Magura hydraulic brakes
Rims are Rigida DP25s

I feel the asking price is very fair considering the value of the components on this bike. I understand this bike needs some investment before it can be ridden again, but that is why the price is so low.
