Even though the bike was never much of a rider, (obsolete the day it hit the showroom) it did not deserve to be treated that badly. Even the front tire is on backwards - the chevrons should point forward on the front, (better for rolling resistance and cornering) backwards on the back (to "scoop up" the traction - but there is dispute on this)
As someone who loves bikes, I can say that the owner did not love that bike at all. - but that manual is pretty cool. Wonder if he would sell that?
