That doesn't look bad at all Jeff. The taillight housing isn't loose is it? unless you can see a wrinkle or bump on the topside of the quarter panel, there really isn't any damage that would require major work on the quarter panel. The lower strip of metal under the taillight housing might be bowed, but it's an easy job to straighten it out. No worries.
As for bumper, I have a rear bumper from my '76 and the rubber bumpers from my '89 too....if you want to keep it stock, I can help. You saw my offer on the Chicago list for the other options, right?
