Normally this would be a sad thing, but our "neighbor from hell" is being evicted for nonpayment of mortgage on their shack across the street. mind you, these folks were given the house by their family and then loaded on the mortgages to finance their "My Name is Earl" lifestyle and now they are paying the price. Everyone in the neighborhood is glad to see them go and they have trashed the house and yard on their way out. The property is listed as "REO" and the bank "bought it" for $93k. I think the city will tear down the shack and sell the empty lot, but that will not happen right away as our local economy has been destroyed...

I don't mean to sound vengeful, but if you guys knew what a living hell these neighbors created for all of us, you would be dancing and singing as their "hillbilly motor home" pulls away!

The neighborhood will be boring after they are gone as there won't be the weekly police visits and "mullet parade" with cars festooned with "Kentucky chrome" and NASCAR logos. You can't imagine the sense of relief we are all feeling as the worst neighbors in the world move out!
