As much as I WANT to agree with this claim the bottom line is there is zero proof to substantiate. I have encountered several kids from stable middle income families, that I think are evil in and out. They didn't LEARN this behavior...they were born with it. I'm taling 10 year boys who would rape a girl or, as in FL, burn a kid for no reason. They are out there...
