The wheels are AZEV 'A's and are (Fronts 7 1/2'' X 16'' H2) and (Rears 9'' X 16'' H2) the tyres are (Fronts 205 50 X 16 GoodYears) and (Rears 225 50 X 16 GoodYears).
Though slightly narrower in size than the CTR the actual tread 'footprint' of the GoodYears are supprisingly close all bar a few mm. The original CTR tyres were a strange tyre supposedly developed specifically for the CTR, I am not too sure if they are still available now.
