I have neighbors that bought across the street from me during the boom time and obviously way over their head.
Apparently they moved from an Apt/PUD as they think someone else is supposed to do their yard work.
Yapping dogs, friends over all the time, his wife backed into our SUV one night (white paint on our gold SUV, gold paint on their white SUV) I took pics and called the cops, neighbors denied it and the cops said if I didn’t see it happen, it never happened
Their power has been shut off 4 times this year, a guy with a clipboard and camera shows up every other month to visit them, yet there still there!
Boma money bailed them out?
