Not really supposed to "day trade" with your 401k and try to anticpate the market. If you're in your 30's, just maintain your appropriate asset mix (~90% stocks) and let dollar cost averaging do the rest.

If you were 60, we'd probably tell you to move 80% to bonds/MM.
