Thanks for opinion but maybe I wasn't clear. The PVC pipe is not for saving $$ but saving time. What I am saying about the PVC pipes is to ground them there and cover them with some caps. When I need to do it again in the future, I just have to open the cap and fill them, without drilling and reconcrete the holes again.
