Since the control handle is separate, there will be no 'cartridge' in the part you show. Most likely just two O-rings ( top and bottom ).
Remove that brass nut and it should pull straight up and off.
As suggested, if you can find a name/brand, the plumbing supply house will
thank you.
The O-ring(s) need replacing.
