Lighter and cooler than jeans, don't take up an entire carryon bag when folded, more freedom of movement, don't need a belt, and can get them in basic gray. I wait for the sale and buy my year's supply.
I know, the website is way too granola-y, but when I started wearing them 15 years ago, they were mostly worn by climbers. Not sure when they became so New Age. |
