Set up a CClean and a defrag when your computer is idle for X amount of time... I usually set an hour for my clients computers...

They still run well after years of use.
Thanks for the info....my computer is quicker now that I don't have some of the unecessary stuff starting right away. Now if I could figure out a way to remember these tips because I know I have done this one before but apparently forgot how
