Been running it on 3 machines for a couple of months, works great; or should I say works like Vista should have been. As far as big business, why switch unless you have to? Nothing big enough in 7 to make me switch if I were a Company of any size.
The issue is XP won't be supported forever.
Everything but 1 worked with it (apps and hardware), a USB to serial converter. It won't work on any version and I've tried 2 of them. I need these to console into network gear so it's pretty important.
As far a MS and anti-virus, you're kidding right?, it's like me being the tanning lotion application technician for the swedish bikini team; would I let Microsoft look after anti-virus to protect their OS??? NO!
As far as 64bit, more RAM, and if you had a real 64bit processor I would suppose better performance.
Get a Mac, nuff said
