Update:
I ran the car with gauges hooked up and saw no loss in CP...
I'm not an expert on the WUR, but, it seems that if the WUR is powered for a long duration, and the car is not running, that it will go into a fail-safe mode???
Obviously, by running the car, the WUR begins to "warm up" due to the engine warming up... And, by powering the WUR without the engine running, the heating element would need to constantly be on in order to "warm" the WUR...
Anyway, I got the WUR enrichment pressure adjusted and the car is getting closer to the correct AFR's under boost... Still a little low, so will probably will raise the enrichment 0.2 BAR - for a 0.7 BAR difference from warm to enrichment pressure...
