I was in a 10HP briggs kart by the time I was about 8 or 9.

For $300 I'd be all over it. Seriously, he would LOVE racing a kart. He spends most of his time on two wheels when he's on the ATV, I think the 8 MPH is really boring him. I would try to get him into some form of racing but I don't think I have the money right now.

After watching a video of the Razor kart, it looks pretty lame. I need to find something else.
